Powerlates

Powerlates is based on Pilates but more dynamic and more difficult.

 

Designed to focus on strength and muscle tone, Powerlates can help keep us agile while focusing on correct movement and maintaining correct body posture throughout.   

 

This exercise will burn fat while toning the muscles and strengthening strong and flexible joints.  

 

If you are looking for a unique cardiovascular workout, which combines improving core and back strength as well as being aerobic, then go for this.

 

(Not suitable if there is a back or joint problem.)
