Like regular Pilates, Pilates on the Ball focuses on core development and balance training.
The ball can increase the balance challenge and intensify the exercises, but can also act as a support for the body. Postural exercises using the ball conditions the whole body and can help enhance movement performance and coordination.
If you’re looking for something different from your regular Pilates class or want to try something new, this is the class for you.
