Pilates on the Ball

Like traditional Pilates, Pilates on the Ball focuses on developing the core and strengthening balance. 

 

The ball can increase the balance challenge and intensify the exercises, but it can also support the body. The posture exercises improve the condition of the body from head to toe and can help us coordinate better. 

 

If you are looking for something alternative to a Pilates class or want to try something new, this is the class for you.
