Pilates

Pilates is a great way to build core strength, improve postural alignment and balance. 

 

Focusing on core stability and body awareness, doing Pilates regularly can greatly benefit our day to day life by improving both physical and mental control.

 

The exercises are safe and effective and can be a massive aid of recovery and rehabilitation, as well as prevention of back and joint problems. They are also a great choice for postnatal women.
